much shall I have to pay as advance? [Accommodation]
1 day booking -
100% of booking amount (before tax).
More than 1 day booking - Advance amount will
be 50% of your total reservation amount (before tax if applicable).
Additional advance amount may be requested, depending upon your
chosen hotel’s policy.
Note: NO tax applicable if they do not appear in your billing
page. Certain locations do not charge taxes. For some hotels,
taxes and service charges may be included in the room rent and
are not charged separately
Advance payment policy: Some hotels may request full payment
to guarantee room availability. In such cases we shall ask you
for full amount remittance. This may happen during peak / holiday
season

do I pay the remaining amount?
You
shall pay the remaining amount upon arrival at the hotel during
the time of check-in.

have to make 75% advance payment against any tour package.

do I pay by credit card?
You can make purchases using
a credit card both online and offline. To pay by credit card,
we require the following details - type of credit card, cardholder's
name, expiration date and billing address of the credit card.
For online purchases, the CVV batch code on the reverse of the
credit card is also required. We ensure that every transaction
you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment.

I need to confirm my reservation?
There is no need to confirm your
reservation. If you still feel you would like to verify that
your reservation was made, you can do so by emailing our Customer

For
changing/postponing my reservation, do I pay any fee?
NO. Not even a
single penny. As long as the change is at least 10 days before
the arrival time, we would be glad to postpone your reservation.
However, some hotel’s policy does not provide
this option. You can choose from two
options: Using the advance payment as a credit for a future
booking or getting the refund.
1. Use your advance payment as a credit - ZERO FEE
You may postpone the booking to any future date within 1 YEAR
from your original booking date. If you don't know a date yet,
you can let us know whenever you decide. There will be NO FEE
for postponing your stay. All of your advance payment will be
used for the future booking. The future booking can be in any
of our locations throughout India in any hotel (restrictions
apply).
2. Refund – A minimal processing amount.
There will be a minimal processing amount charged on your total
booking amount. The remaining amount will be refunded in 2 business
days. Please read the cancellation policy below for certain
restrictions on cancellations.

there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on www.indiatourhouse.com?
If you are canceling
7 days prior, you will be charged a processing fee. If it is
less than 7 days, you will be charged 1-night retention plus
a processing fee. If you are canceling after the check-in date,
there will be no refund. However, some tariffs may be non-refundable
as per the hotel's cancellation policy. Taxes as applicable
will be charged.
Cancellation policy may vary during peak-season in which
case refund will be based on the hotel policy. Peak season cancellation
must be done at least 7 days prior to arrival date to qualify

Is
my booking confirmed if I have made the payment?
No.
After receiving the payment, we will find room availability.
If the room is available for the requested hotel and dates,
you will receive an email from us confirming the booking and
confirming the receipt of the advance payment. Otherwise, your
advance payment will be refunded immediately.

I
have already made a booking and have made the advance payment
as well. However I have not received the confirmation email
yet. What should I do?
All bookings made between 7:00 AM and
8:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) are activated within 2-3
hours of booking. Booking made after 9 PM are activated on the
next business day.

Is
there a cancellation policy for packages booked on INDIATOURHOUSE.COM?
Our cancellation policy is as
follows :
Advance cancellation: 25% cancellation fee for
all cancellations made at least 15 days before arrival date.
The remaining amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card
account within 3-4 business days after cancellation.
Before 7 days of arrival date: If the cancellation
is made after 15 days but before 7 days of the commencement
of the tour package, then 35% of the total tour package shall
be charged as cancellation fees. *Restrictions apply
Before 72 hours of arrival date: If cancellation is
done on the 7 th day or there after but before 72 hours of the
commencement of the tour then 50% of the total tour package
cost shall be charged as cancellation fees
After 72 hours of arrival date:
If cancellation is made after 72 hours prior to the
date of your tour, then your total advance amount shall be adjusted
towards cancellation fees. However, some tour package provider's
policy does not provide this option.
NO SHOWS: Full booking amount will be charged
to your card in case of no show However; some tariffs may be
non-refundable as per the tour package provider's cancellation
policy. Taxes as applicable will be charged.
Cancellation policy may vary during peak-season in which case
refund will be based on the tour package provider's policy.
Peak season cancellation must be done at least 15 days prior
to arrival date to qualify for refund. INDIATOURHOUSE.COM
has all rights to change cancellation policy at any point of
time without any advance notice.
